Standard sequencing yields a list of names but ignores function, which makes modelling the gut very difficult - you're missing the key information. Our pipeline integrates signals that conventional approaches discard, so your digital twin is built from a complete picture rather than a partial one.
02. The Mechanistic Layer
Simulating your gut
While early attempts at gut modelling lean on statistical correlations, we use physics-based simulation. We run in-silico simulations of ecological dynamics, applying biological and thermodynamic constraints to predict whether each candidate strain will actually establish itself. We don't guess if it will grow - we calculate it.
03. The Prescriptive Layer
